Preeminence of Christ Jesus
Greetings brothers and sisters!
Tis the season isn't it? Not only do we celebrate the giving of gifts each year, but this is the time we celebrate when the greatest gift was given to mankind...Jesus, the Christ, the Son of God. This past Saturday Pastor Scott presented such a well thought, and fantastic message of the Preeminence of Christ.
Our very creator stepped down out of heaven, took up a body like ours, lived a perfect life that we could not, willingly went to the cross, died for our sins, was buried in a tomb, and as promised, rose three days later. This my friends, is a king who loves his people. I pray we can all take a moment to really grasp the depth of the Glory of Christ, that we can better understand how worthy He is of all honor, glory, power, majesty, love, worship....the list goes on. He is awesome in wonder and power!
We want to thank everyone who came out this last Saturday, and pray to see everyone next Saturday. For those who couldn't make it, join us in praying they are well and can join us again soon. We have a video this week and it is a good one, we hope you enjoy!
Quick announcement, there will be a candlelight service on Christmas Eve at 7pm, there isn't a meal that night but there will be dessert! Until next time, may the Lord bless and keep you,
